20 kW Laser Cutting at 12.5-Meter Scale

C.E.MECH has expanded its in-house fabrication capability with the installation of a new 20 kW large-format laser cutting machine, now fully installed and in operation.

With a working area of 12,500 × 3,200 mm, the machine enables us to process large plates and exceptionally long components within a single cutting setup. For suitable applications, this can reduce the need to divide long parts into multiple sections, helping minimize additional alignment, fit-up, and joining work during fabrication.

The combination of 20 kW laser power and a large working area strengthens our capability for demanding industrial plate-cutting applications while supporting efficient production of both large components and parts with extensive cutting details.

The machine also provides 135 mm of Z-axis travel, giving the cutting head greater vertical movement and additional flexibility across different plate setups and processing conditions.

This new capability further expands the range of structural components, machinery parts, replacement parts, large plate components, and custom-fabricated assemblies that C.E.MECH can produce in-house—giving us greater control from material preparation through fabrication and final assembly.
