Sustainability at C.E.MECH
Solar Rooftop
A 102.05 kWp solar rooftop system at our Rayong facility generates 158,250 kWh of clean electricity per year — covering 75.5% of the site's annual grid consumption of 209,620 kWh.
This reduces the Rayong site's net carbon footprint to 27.80 tCO₂e/year.
Solar expansion to all three manufacturing sites is planned as the next phase of our energy strategy.
Electric Vehicles
C.E.MECH operates electric vehicles for sales visits and customer site service across seven sites in the Rayong area — an estimated 12,824 km per year. A formal policy mandates EVs and electric machinery take priority over combustion-engine equivalents at all sites. Full delivery fleet electrification is a committed next step.
Laser Cutting Technology
Reduces the use of gas and plasma cutting, eliminating LPG consumption and direct CO₂ emissions. Powered by the solar rooftop via electric air compressor — the entire cutting process runs on renewable energy. Decreases number of grinding discs (difficult to recycle), reduces material offcuts through precision digital nesting, and removes worker exposure to vibration, metal dust, sparks, and noise.
Zero Metallic Waste to Landfill
All scrap metal is sold to recyclers as a standard operational process. No metallic waste from our manufacturing goes to landfill.
